100X Welding Training is a hands-on welding course designed to teach practical skills in a safe, faith-centered environment. We offer beginner and intermediate-level instruction to equip students with valuable trades knowledge and job-ready skills.
Anyone ages 16 and up interested in learning welding is welcome. Whether you’re exploring a career in the trades, want to pick up a new skill, or are seeking a second-chance opportunity, our training is open to all.
No prior experience is required! Our program is designed for beginners and intermediate learners. Our instructors walk students through each technique with clarity and safety in mind.
Depending on your training, you’ll learn:

We offer a variety of courses with standard in-person training workshops, half-day 5-hour basic to full-day and even intensive multi-day trainings, with future training options to be offered for more advanced techniques.
The training is held at Esposito Metalworks LLC located at the shop at 1200 NE 44th Street in Ocala, Florida. Our facility includes welding booths, safety equipment, and the tools needed for hands-on learning.
Yes. Cost of each training is listing the training details. Trainings generally include consumables, with the option to upgrade to more materials. Participants are required to provide safety gear, (welding jacket, welding helmet, cap, gloves, and safety goggles).
We provide most materials, but students should wear:

Long pants (no shorts)

Leather closed-toe shoes (or steel-toe)

A cotton long-sleeve shirt (no synthetics)

The 7 PPE items are required for each training.

Yes. All students receive a Certificate of Completion, which can be added to a resume or used as proof of basic training experience. This is can be a valuable credential for job exploration or further learning. If you would like to become a certified welder, we offer AWS testing and certification at our facility.
Yes. We prioritize safety above all. Teens must have parent/guardian consent and follow strict safety rules. We provide the proper gear and supervision throughout the class.
