3. Registration & Payment
By registering for a course, you enter into a legally binding agreement. Payment is required at the time of registration to confirm your spot. Fees may include training, safety equipment use, and instruction.
We reserve the right to update pricing or training details at any time. Registration is limited and first-come, first-served.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
All registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a scheduled training, you may:
• Transfer your registration to a future class date (with 72 hours’ notice)
• Transfer your registration to another eligible individual (with approval)
Refunds are not provided for missed classes, failure to complete the course, or failure to comply with safety policies.

5. Risk Acknowledgment and Disclaimer
By attending a training session, you acknowledge that welding involves inherent risks, including burns, injuries, and exposure to hazardous materials. You agree to follow all safety guidelines provided and release 100x Welding Training LLC, Esposito Metalworks, its instructors, staff, and affiliates from any liability for injury or loss incurred.

6. Safety & Conduct Policy
Participants must:
• Wear appropriate PPE (helmet, gloves, cotton clothing, boots)
• Follow instructor directions at all times
• Avoid horseplay or unauthorized use of tools
Failure to follow safety policies may result in dismissal without refund.

7. Right to Modify or Cancel Services
We may alter, suspend, or cancel scheduled classes, offerings, or terms at any time without liability. In the rare event of class cancellation by us, students may receive a rescheduled training date or full refund.
