Service Description
Our hands-on Stick Welding Training is designed for beginners and hobbyists ready to master fundamentals of Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) also known as Stick Welding. Whether you're new to welding or looking to sharpen your technique, the class delivers real-world skills in a no-nonsense environment. You'll work directly with experienced instructors to learn how to produce solid, reliable welds safely and efficiently- perfect for repairs, fabrication projects, and building your confidence with metalwork. What You'll Learn: -Introduction to Stick Welding (SMAW) process and equipment -Safe setup and handling of stick welders -Electrode selection and understanding amperage -Striking an arc and maintaining weld control -Producing strong, clean welds on various joints -Troubleshooting common mistakes -Welding safety best practices 5- Hour Training Schedule: 8AM to 2PM, includes: 30-minute Safety Intro, and 30-minute Lunch Break at 11 am. Who This Class is For: -Beginners with little to no welding experience -DIYers, fabricators, or tradespeople wanting to add stick welding skills -Individuals preparing for more advanced welding or hands-on projects -Students seeking real, practical welding knowledge without wasting time. Class fee includes consumables: tips, big wire, nozzles, gas, use of welding machines and welding station use. Participants must provide 7 required PPE items: Safety/steel toe shoes, long pants, welding jacket, welding helmet, cap, welding gloves, and safety glasses. We provide some items for rent or sale if needed.

Effective: June 15, 2025 By registering for our training classes or using our website, you agree to the following terms: Training Services: 100x Welding Training provides hands-on welding instruction and safety education at an Ocala, Florida facility. Course details, pricing, and schedules are published on our site and may be updated at any time. Who May Participate: You must be at least 16 years old. By registering, you confirm that you are physically able to participate and will follow all safety rules during class. Safety Disclaimer: Welding involves risks, including burns, eye damage, and exposure to heat or fumes. Students agree to wear required protective gear, follow all instructor guidance, and sign a liability waiver before participation. 100x Weld Training and its affiliates are not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety protocols. Registration & Payment: Class registration is secured through full payment at checkout. Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellation & Refund Policy: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for missed classes, cancellations, or no-shows. However, if you notify us at least 72 hours before class, we may: o Reschedule you to a future training date (subject to availability) o Allow a transfer of your spot to another eligible participant If a class is canceled by 100x Welding Training due to weather, low enrollment, or instructor emergency, you may reschedule or request a full refund. PPE is required: You must provide and wear your PPE gear. If you choose to purchase helmets, gloves, or other supplies at checkout, these are sold separately.
