About Joshua Esposito — Lead Welding Instructor

At 100X Weld Training, our instruction is defined by real-world experience. Our curriculum is led by Joshua “Josh” Esposito, a career welder and fabricator with nearly three decades of hands-on experience and over a decade of formal teaching expertise.

 

Josh does not teach from a textbook; he teaches from the perspective of an industry professional who has managed fabrication shops, built custom trailers, and trained over 1,000 students to find success in the welding trade.

Fabrication Expertise: Josh has personally fabricated a wide array of industrial and commercial projects, including furniture, horse trailers, custom restroom trailers, pumps and filters, generator enclosures, staircases, and railings.

At 100X Weld Training, we focus on the core welding processes that define the industry. Our curriculum is designed to give you practical, hands-on experience, whether you are picking up a torch for the first time or refining your technique for a specific certification.

• MIG / GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding): The industry standard for production and fabrication. We teach machine setup, proper gas shielding, and techniques to produce clean, consistent welds.

• Stick / SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding): The essential foundation of manual welding. Learn to master arc control and electrode manipulation in various positions—a skill critical for field work and heavy structural environments.

• TIG / GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding): Precision welding at its finest. This course focuses on the advanced heat control and dexterity required for high-quality, specialized joints, often used in aerospace, automotive, and thin-gauge applications.

• FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding): We provide training in flux-cored wire welding for students targeting structural or industrial fabrication roles where deep penetration and speed are required.

  • Investment: $200 per session.

  • Extra Arc Time: Want more practice? We have "Extra Arc Time" practice plates available for purchase during your training.
